FIRST TIME CLIENTS
In order to save you time, we recommend that all new clients download and complete our standard consent form prior to your Appointment or Free Consultation.
If you are unable to do so, the form is available here at the boutique, however, please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the information in advance.DOWNLOAD FORM
DEPOSIT / PRE-AUTH FOR SERVICES / FREE CONSULTATIONS
Although our Skin Consultations are absolutely free, we do require a $50 Pre-Authorization on Visa or MasterCard or $50 Deposit using Debit or Cash to protect against missed appointments and late cancellations.
Deposit amounts vary based on the duration of the Skin Treatment booked. If paying via Debit or Cash, your deposit amount will either be applied to your service total as a credit or be immediately returned after your Free Consultation.
Clients are sent a reminder notification 48 Hours prior to their appointment via Email or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 Hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be made either by phone or in person. Voicemails and Emails can also be sent within this time as well and will be confirmed with a notification or call/email. Any missed appointments without a 24 Hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
All Pre-Paid Treatments can be refunded within 48 Hours of purchase, excluding Gift Cards which are Non-Refundable.
Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days, however, all opened or used products are non-refundable.
